We write so to see

We write so to bless

We write so to praise

We write so to express.

We write so to know

We write so to share

We write so to grow

We write so to persuade.

We write so to equip

We write so to engage

We write so to recap

We write so to communicate.

We write so to teach

We write so to learn

We write so to reach

We write so to complain.

We write so to inform

We write so to testify

We write so to proclaim

We write so to reveal God's glory....

THESE WORDS WE WRITE

These are poetry songs
There short and long
Hear our written words
As we'd like them sung

We often write for all others
We write privately for ourselves
Writing helps clear our minds
It helps process our thoughts

Writing not for fame
Not writing to make a fortune
But for our own pleasure
With or without rhyme

All these words we write
Give a chance to take flight
Written upon a word kite
Notes like on a transcript.

All these words we write,
With or without rhyme
In our own mind and time
Throughout the day and night.
