FEEDING OUR MINDS

Have you read and heard the news today, how are we feeling right now?  Are you ready to go exploring 
or sit in the armchair; Please read on.
"Is it a healthy diet or a fast food fix."
How do we feed our mind within the world around us? Are we feeding it breakfast, lunch, supper and is
it a healthy diet or a fast food fix. Our digestion is in important key, it is important because it has an impact on or mental health as well as our physical health.

We can obtain negativity from anywhere, switching on the TV and bam it’s there right in front 
of us.
The news broadsheet thrives on giving it that dangerous fast food painful gut ache.  When was the last
 time you heard good news about any current situation or experience that lasted for about twenty minutes.  
Of course, we read and hear good news but often it just a quick dusting of the icing sugar.  Yes, 
it is important to inform ourselves with the news, but try not to let it consume you; Take the meat, 
but do not chew the fat.
"Weakens the mind and increases the anxiety."
The two key words media often uses is 'Could or Should'. These two words hold no facts, instead its often the get out clause the media's way of safeguarding themselves in reporting.  
from a simple Yes or No, it often found in politicians as well. They struggle to feed us with a controlled diet, again the fast food fix to hunger. This weakens the mind with increased anxiety and fear.

Social media are taking a huge president in modern day society, 
and this is increasing as we are in such relying on it more. It is 
easy just to click and share. But so often is the case that our own personal media pages are just full of shared likes of
the opinions of others and memes.  So often we fail to take full notice and explore its true origins of the truth it is feeding the 
mind.  Just think the dangerous risk taker within your if you were to share your heart, not in a bitter cruel way but in 
what personal bring you joy,family photo a kind word from your own heart not that shared from the hearts of others.


"Giving the world authentic positivity"


Okay let's pause, and breath hear for a moment .......... !
We cannot fail to notice that our world in three months has changed dramatically without warning or control. The greatest way we can change the negatives, is if we turn them into giving the world authentic positivity.

Only feed your mind with the goodness it deserves, yes, you can be angry it is natural human instinct from time to time. Never let it consume you, with spiralling negativity that end up like spaghetti mess in your mind.  For the best person you can be is simply just to be yourself.

CHALLENGE:
 Find a space clear your mind of all the junk; Travel through your social media and browser history and clear out all the things that are not authentic from yourself, the junk
food that fills our live, minds and time.  Take a piece of paper and at the end of the day make yourself an original authentic gratitude list. If we be kind and gentle towards andwith each other, why can't we be that towards ourselves?

Every mind matters, Feeding it matters, What you feed it matters!........
