1. Pistyll Rhaeadr: Pistyll Rhaeadr is the tallest waterfall in the UK, but it’s higher than Niagra Falls, at a staggering 240 feet tall. It sits in the Berwyn Mountains, splashing the deep green foliage on either side. It then runs through another two tiers, crashing under rock-carved bridges and burrowing its way around beautiful natural scenery. 2. Llangollen Bridge: This medieval bridge in Llangollen stretches across the River Dee with three charming arches, allowing the water to rush under it and nature to grow around it. It connects the equally charming black-bordered white houses on both sides of the bank. 3. Overton yew trees: In the small village of Overton-on-Dee, not one but over 20 wonders standing in a circle in the churchyard of St Mary the Virgin. Some of the yews are so ancient they pre-date the church itself and have been standing strong in the same spot for thousands of years. 4. Over the past few months I have enjoyed the experience writing stories. I have enjoyed building a characters profile. But the process has made me realise that I'm more confident in poetry writing. I got swept away with fantasy of being a published story writer. But the reality has been something so different to the expectations I had placed on myself. It has been a tough learning process. It made me fall out favour with the joy writing can bring. The stories I've so far written are not going to go to waste. They are simply parked on the shelf for now. They shall remain private and if write further stories they will be written for my own hobby and pleasure. Along this journey I've had some great mentoring on the processes regarding publishing. It was at times brutal but necessary especially receiving rejections. I recently heard J.K.Rowling story: J.K. Rowling faced many rejections before her Harry Potter series became a success. She has shared some Rowling's first liter...

THE HALLWAY: by Sarah Joy Holden READING : Revelation 3:8 "I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut". THOUGHT: There is absolutely nothing wrong with waiting in the hallway, after you've tried every key in every door. In the hallway you'll always find a chair. Chairs are for sitting on, a hall way chair sits without a desk, it a waiting chair and it's for you to sit there to, rest, wait, pray. The door will open when it feels its the right time. You may knock on the door but never force it. For the door to open requires human patience and all things happen for a reason. So just enjoy waiting in the hallway and never quit waiting, always keep believing. The right key, the right door, the right lock will open when we least expect it. 'Seek the Lord and ask him to sit with you in the waiting.' CHALLENGE: This week try and count all the doors you physically encounter: Think about what was its purpose? did ...
